Porter services included

Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children up to 2 years old - free-of-charge

All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.

Children from 2 years old - no discounts

For children from 2 years old fees for adults apply.

Private transportation to/from aircraft included

Suitcase collection from hotel/home located in central area included (up to 5 bags)

A maximum of 5 pieces of luggage can be taken by airport assistants from your place of stay to the airport for your departure.

This service is included in the basic price if the luggage has to be collected from a place located in a central area (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Netanya).

Suitcase collection from hotel/home located in a non-central area - 110,00 EUR (p/order and up to 5 bags)

A maximum of 5 pieces of luggage can be taken by airport assistants from your place of stay to the airport for your departure.

This service has an additional cost of 110,00 EUR if the luggage has to be collected from a place located in a non-central area. Eliat is not included.

Particular pieces of luggage to be collected - 45,00 EUR p/item

If the luggage to be collected from your place of stay and taken to the airport includes any particular or fragile items (i.e bikes, surfboards, musical instruments), an additional charge applies.

This fee is intended for item.
